Smokey Quartz is said to be one of the most grounding & clearing stones available, both purifying & protecting. It is associated with the Root chakra (energy center). I like to think of it as a nervous system reset. It's thought to be great for anxiety & calming nerves.
The sphere shape is said to help emit the energy in all directions. These particular spheres are from the earth in Brazil where they were mined, cut & polished.
