Shipping policy

For Items shipped by Moon Body Soul we do our best to get all orders shipped within 1 week of the order date. During high order volumes or sales, this may take slightly longer. Please check to make sure if your item is a preorder how long the wait time is in the product description. We ship almost everything USPS priority mail or ground shipping for items under 1lb. (unless otherwise stated in the product description) with insurance to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner! 

For our partners shipping timelines and costs can vary. Please note, if you are ordering from multiple partners you will receive multiple packages and order shipping emails will reflect what is in your package and tracking numbers for each item. Our partners have different shipping policies, reach out if you have any questions!
